Docrr is a self assessment aid, not an authority. Always check your scores against the official guidance for your own recruitment round, because rubrics change every year and between nations.

Docrr is a self assessment aid and planning tool. It is not careers advice, it is not affiliated with any recruitment body, and a Docrr score is not a prediction of the score an assessor will give you.

Your name, email address, grade, hospital and GMC number. Nothing more. We do not sell data, run advertising, or share your details with anyone except the services that run Docrr (hosting, database, email).

Anything you put in the evidence vault (certificates, letters, publications) is treated as confidential. It is stored privately, visible only to you, and used for nothing except showing it back to you. Delete a file and it is gone.

We process your data under UK GDPR: on the basis of contract for running your account and subscription, and consent for the waiting list emails you explicitly opt into. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it all to be deleted, at any time.

Full refund within 7 days of your first payment if Docrr is not what you expected. Cancel a monthly plan and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Cancel an annual plan and you keep access for the rest of the year.

Docrr sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and nothing else. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
